The TR3 i saw had 3 lights all a standard light colour (i.e like light bulb/Moon Light) and it had one red blinking light at the back.

Feb 18, 2012 - My sister and I saw one of these back in the 90s while driving home one night. It was right about the treeline. We were about 30min South West of Fort Bragg/Pope Airforce Base, and it was heading in the right direction to be leaving that base. It was silent, and was keeping pace with us until some trees passed into our view, then it was gone. Cool Vid.

We all know the typical colors for lights on any man-made craft are green, red and white so pilots will recognize the colors and can avoid collision. Now why would a man-made craft have pink, purple, yellow, amber, orange, etc. lights knowing that any approaching aircraft would be unable to determine the flight path of this "craft"?
