Apr 27, 2012 - I surely doubt if Shel Silverstein was Irish! He was a versatile Songwriter ("A Boy named Sue", "Sylvia's Mother" "One's on the Way"...a great o".."Cover Of The Rolling Stone"...& this classic Plus the great Children's book, "The Giving Tree' I love The Clancy Brothers & Tommy Makem. I have to discover the Irish Rovers now. This is a wonderful place to start.
