MetaKnightsKirby Says:

Apr 20, 2010 - Predator X is the largest known spcies of Pliosaurid found in a place called in Svalbard, near the Arctic. It was found in 2008, and with a 3m long skull, it measured 15m long and 45t in weight. Alot of Liopleurodon fans include it as a Liopleurodon, and say it was 20m long (an excuse for WWD i suppose). I was one of these until i looked it up. I cant post a link, but search Predator X on wikipedia for all the info.

KonradAdenauer Says:

Apr 20, 2010 - None that we KNOW OF . . . YET!

KonradAdenauer Says:

Apr 20, 2010 - Yeah. I know. That was posted by my 11-year-old son. He's nuts about WWD, and liopleurodon, and I don't have the heart to break the news to him. But I don't know much about Predator X. Any info on that one would be greatly appreciated.

MetaKnightsKirby Says:

Apr 19, 2010 - Oudated estimates put it at 10.5m. New, more accurate ones, put it at 7.5m. Predator X is NOT Liopleurodom, and WWD is not an accurate source of information.

MetaKnightsKirby Says:

Apr 19, 2010 - The description is wrong. Liopleurodon is a Pliosaurid, like Kronosaurus. A Tylosaur (correct name is Mosasaurid) is something totally different, for example Mosasaurus and Tylosaurus. Liopleurodon = Smooth Sided tooth, not lion tooth.

urutta Says:

KonradAdenauer Says:

Mar 5, 2010 - this is debated now the biggest animal ever because they keep finding bigger ones and they found a skeleton in antarctica if it is liopleurodon it is the biggest animal known

TheMightyBitey Says:

Feb 18, 2010 - Short-necked plesiosaurs and pliosaurs are the same thing.

KonradAdenauer Says:

Feb 8, 2010 - liopleurodon is a short necked plesiosaur not a pliosaur
