Apr 11, 2012 - Nicole is not a dancer...she is a singer who is trained by a choreographer to do dance steps while she is performing in one of her concerts/shows...there is a BIG difference between what she does & what Derek taught her to do with the ballroom/latin dance routines..i've seen Nicole perform on stage & never once did i see her do a quick step, foxtrot, cha cha, rumba or salsa!!!
