May 1, 2012 - it is a sad depressing state.. portland has 10 months of rain a year and its a city of pothead,beer drinking,donut eating weido's that dress like Meg Griffin... the coast is beautiful but not a warm place.. I'd rather have a warm beach filled with girls that fit into bikinis than a cold beach with lesbian whales anyday.. if you like cold water,getting hit with logs,high winds,unattractive people ..this is the place for you. otherwise try Hawaii,Behamas or california

Nature in it's glory, a cold and angry ocean, miles of untouched forests, beautiful mountain ranges. There is much to be said about the NW; the people are loyal to their teams, their companies, and their roots. Most places (even California) have beauty to be seen/had... but Oregon does have something special.
