Ring and pinion
I have an odd wear pattern on my ring gear and pinion. Turned out to be the carrier bearings. The truck made a whirring sound when i got on the gas. The bearings where pitted and had to be replaced. The ring and pinion were fine acording to the mechanic I took it to.
